The TREXONN - ZF
Liners are employed on Machine Tools / Transfer Lines for
achieving Total Quality and Maximum Productivity. The System is
basically consists of TREXONN ZF Liner
fixed beneath sliding part (Slideway) of Machine Tool and the Sliding
Part Moves over the Guideway of Machine Tool avoiding direct Metal to
Metal Contact.
TREXONN - ZF
Liners are available from 1 mm thickness upto 3 mm thickness in
standard width of 305 mm. The Liners can be made available as per
specific thickness and width subjected to meeting of minimum order
quantity.

Linear Bearing System is available with forms of liners
in different thickness 0.8mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm & standard width of
305mm.
Non standard forms available on request.
Fitment Method
A] The
TREXONN-ZF Liner has been chemically treated on one side & is
ready
for adhering to the correctly prepared metallic surface.
B] Preparation of Metallic Surface
-
The metal surface can be prepared
with normal machining methods like Grinding Milling, Shaping, Planning
Scraping, & polishing & having ultimate surface roughness between
Ra=1.6 to
6JUm.

Any depressions, dents,
pores, on metal surface should be covered, filled with epoxy based adhesives & polished.

The Metallic surface as well as
liner surface should be cleaned by only following cleaning agents.
1.
Trichloroethylene. 2. Per Chloroethylene, 3. Acetone
Caution : Petrol, Diesel, Kerosene, should not be used as cleaning agent.
C] Gluing

Adhesive-ARALDITE
-
The Araldite should be applied to
both metallic surface & pretreated-black side of TREXONN ZF liner uniformly. The due care
should be taken while spreading the Araldite on metallic surface in longitudinal
direction
(Perpendicular to sliding direction) While on TREXONN ZFliner in Transvere
direction (Parallel to sliding direction)

Adhesive Quantity :0.200 kg per sq.m.
D] Fittment
The metallic surface & TREXONN-
ZF liner may be exposed to air for two
minutes for accelerating the curing & subsequently the TREXONN ZF liner may be kept
on metallic surface from one end & then slowly up to other end.
E] Curing - During cunng the constant clamping pressure of 200gm/cm2 may applied
for 48 hours.
F] Finishing - After curing TREXONN
ZF liner can be finished by conventional finishing
mediums like Grindstone & polish papers.

Caution: The- Best performance of TREXONN ZF systems is. dependent on
bonding strength between metallic surface
& liner. Hence any deviation w.r.t, under noted matters shall result in poor
bonding & leading to premature failure of total system.
